Best work environment I have ever been in. Staff treated me like family from day one. Small hospital means you learn everything. If youre starting out in healthcare this is a great place to begin.

Small hospital with big heart. The staff genuinely cares about each other and the patients. Rural nursing is a different world than city hospitals and honestly I prefer it. Pay is the only real downside.

Nice little community hospital. Not a lot of complex cases but you stay busy. The people here genuinely care about patients which is refreshing compared to bigger hospitals.

Its a little rural hospital where everyone knows everyone. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some admin decisions I dont agree with but day to day the environment is good and patient care is solid.

Rural PA practice is rewarding. You see a wide range of patients and really get to know the community. Limited resources compared to Pensacola hospitals but you make it work and the patients appreciate it.

Outpatient clinic attached to Jay Hospital is great. Friendly staff and the providers take time to teach you. Small town means you really connect with patients. Good place to grow your skills.

Small lab so its often just you running everything. Good if you like autonomy but the pay doesnt reflect the workload. Staff overall is friendly though.
EMT / Paramedic

Small ER but the staff is super quick and friendly. Not a trauma center so the really sick ones get transferred out but for a critical access hospital they do a solid job.

Love working here. Small team that supports each other. You wear many hats which keeps things interesting. Not a lot of advancement opportunities but the work environment is worth staying for.

Small rural hospital but honestly it feels like a family. Everyone knows everyone and that makes a huge difference when you need help. The teamwork here is the best I have experienced in my career.
