Neuro cases are fascinating and the neurosurgeons here are meticulous. Great learning environment for scrub techs who want complex cases. Hours can be long when craniotomies run over but the experience is worth it.

Dialysis clinic is repetitive but stable. You learn the machines fast and the patients become like family. Management is inconsistent and communication from corporate is poor. Good for LPNs who want predictable hours.

Chemistry section is well-staffed and the analyzers are current. Good QC culture and the lab director takes CLIA compliance seriously without being overbearing. Parking is free which is a nice bonus.

Peds PT is my dream job and this facility makes it even better. Small caseload, amazing families, and a therapy gym that is actually fun for kids. Work-life balance is the best it has ever been for me.

Step-down has potential but they keep admitting ICU-level patients because the unit upstairs is full. It is not safe and we do not have the monitoring capabilities for some of these patients. Pay is fair for the area.

Pediatric RT work in the NICU and peds floor is why I got into this field. The neonatologists are great educators and the nurses collaborate well. Could use one more RT on nights but overall a great gig.

Started here excited to get clinical experience and quickly realized it was a staffing disaster. Had 18 patients on day shift and nobody to help. Called out of my last two shifts because I physically could not do it anymore.

This cardiac unit is a gem. The heart failure program is well-established and nurses are integral to patient education. Manager has an open door policy and actually uses it. Highly recommend for experienced cardiac nurses.
