Good learning environment but CNA pay in Boston barely covers rent. Nurses are great to work with and you see interesting neuro cases. Great place if you are in nursing school.

Cardiac ICU8yr exp
One of the best hospitals I have worked at. Cardiac ICU team is skilled and collaborative. Pay could be better for Boston COL but the experience is unmatched. Safety culture is excellent.
