Money is good especially with overtime. ED stays busy which means lots of experience. Staffing ratios are not great and burnout is real. Travel nurses do well here financially.

Pay is decent for Houston but staffing is brutal. Regularly taking six to seven patients on tele. Management talks about safety but never hires enough staff. High turnover rate.
