Gulf Breeze Hospital

Nice PT department in a beautiful area. Caseload is reasonable. Good mix of ortho and neuro patients. Pay is average but the quality of life in Gulf Breeze is hard to beat.

Tele unit at Gulf Breeze is well managed with reasonable ratios most of the time. The nurses here are supportive and management actually listens when you raise concerns. Small hospital feel with solid cardiac care.

Small community hospital vibe which I love. Pace is manageable and the team knows each other well. Pay is a bit lower than the bigger Pensacola hospitals. Great work life balance though.

Been here a while and its a good place for an LPN. Scope of practice is respected and the RNs work well with us. Not a lot of room for advancement but the stability and community feel keep me here.

Great place to start as a new grad. The experienced nurses really take you under their wing. Management is supportive and accessible. Smaller hospital means you get more hands on experience faster.

Small lab but well organized. You do everything from blood bank to micro which keeps things interesting. Staff is friendly and the pace is busy without being overwhelming. Decent place for a lab tech.

ER is smaller than the big Pensacola hospitals but you see a good mix of patients. Community feel means you know the regulars. Staff responds quickly and there is genuine teamwork not just lip service.

Love working here. The nurses treat you like part of the team not just a helper. When you call for assistance someone is there within minutes. Its a smaller hospital so it feels less overwhelming than the big ones.

Great place to start as a brand new RN. You get decent experience in a good environment and the team really looks out for new nurses. Management is approachable and works with you on scheduling.

Nice community hospital with a good rehab program. The staff genuinely cares about patient outcomes. Beach area location is a bonus for quality of life outside of work.
